Rdp is not working

Oct 28, 2019 · RDP user account or Encryption certificate got expired. TCP Port 3389 for RDP is blocked. RDP extension got disabled. Sometimes while troubleshooting the RDP issues with my customers I have found that resetting the RDP user account expiration date or renewing the encryption certificate doesn't work.

I am able to RDP other EC2 instance. also a as work-around I am able to RDP into the subjected instance from other EC2 machine but not from my windows 7 machine and also other machine on the network. Checked the security GROUP of both RDP-working and RDP-non-working ec2 instance and they are configured identical (port 3389 enabled).

Oct 22, 2008 · I am not able to RDP them. What I'm having to do, is move them to a separate OU that does not have that RDP GPO set. This then allows me to toggle the options. I select "Don't allow remote connections to this computer", and then immediately revert back to "Allow remote connections to this computer". After doing this, I am able to RDP immediately.
